    1. Step 1 Hospitalization decision
      • If your hospitalization is determined in the outpatient medical treatment, please come to the hospitalization procedure window (No. 12), receive the hospitalization agreement, prepare the personal information of the patient/guarantor and elective medical treatment application form in the case of elective medical treatment, and go through the hospitalization procedure.
    2. Step 2 Hospitalization procedure
      • If you submit the hospitalization application form, a consultation card and ID card at the hospitalization procedure window, you will be assigned a hospital room.
      • If we do not have an empty room on the very day, we will make an appointment for hospitalization.
    3. Step 3 Assigning and occupying a hospital room
      • If you are a patient scheduled for hospitalization, you shall submit the hospitalization agreement and then go back home. If you are assigned a hospital room on the same day, please come to the hospitalization procedure window (No. 12) from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm to go through the hospitalization procedure, and then occupy your hospital room.
        (Hospitalization can be delayed according to the availability of hospital rooms on the same day. We will contact you from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm during the hospitalization procedure time, and from 10:00 am to 11:00 am if delayed.)
      • The ward nurse will inform about the hospital life and regulations, and then you can occupy your hospital room.

    Depending on the availability of hospital rooms on the same day of your hospitalization, there may be a difference between your preferred room and assigned room.

    Hospital room costs: For a standard hospital room, the patient pays 20% of the medical insurance fees, and 20% of the medical insurance fees. The patient will be charged for the difference between the standard and upgraded hospital room.

    Hospitalization Notices
    • During the hospitalization procedure, at least one joint surety is required (householder or office worker).
    • Items to bring for hospitalization include consultation card, ID card, tissue papers, slippers, water cups, toiletries, and other personal items.
    1. Step 1 Discharge decision
      • When the attending doctor decides your discharge, the attending nurse will conduct discharge training.
    2. Step 2 Payment of medical fees
      • Paying for discharge medical fees: You can use the discharge window (No. 10 ~ 11) on the first floor or the automatic payment machine installed at each ward for quick and convenient payments.
      • Paying interim medical fees: During the inpatient medical treatment period, your medical fees are billed once a week. You can pay to the discharge window (No. 10 ~ 11) on the first floor.
      • Interim medical fees and discharge expenses can be paid in cash, by credit card or bank account transfer.
    3. Step 3 Discharge procedure
      • After submitting the medicine administration number on the right bottom of the bill to the pharmacy, receive the discharge medicines, listen to the medication information, submit the discharge confirmation from procedure on the right side of the bill to the nurse's office, and go back home after listening to the outpatient visit schedule and precautions.
      • The time to leave the hospital room is 11:00 am.

    The automatic payment machines next to the discharge windows or in each ward are available from 8 am to 11 pm.

    It is convenient to use an automatic payment machine when you pay the interim medical fees.

    • After you send the money transfer, you must contact the discharge procedure window (032-340-7379) for payment processing.
    • If you need a certificate, please tell a ward nurse two days before your discharge to receive a certificate on the discharge day.
    • Please use the hospital administration and payment windows of the Emergency Medical Center at night (after 5:00 pm on weekdays and 1:00 pm on Saturday) and Sunday or holidays.
